Indira IVF Bangladesh Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our growing team in Dhaka. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading service provider in IVF, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with major clients to foster organic growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to prevent turnover to competitors. Expanding existing customer relationships by proposing tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Monitoring activities to increase the customer base and ensuring timely meetings with doctors and hospitals for collaborations. Preparing timely progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Resolves issues effectively, communicating feedback from clients regarding service, technology, and product delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring all client needs are met. Researching and sourcing new potential clients. Negotiating contracts and establishing performance timelines, while working alongside sales, creative, and marketing teams. Planning and presenting quarterly reports on account progress and initiatives. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Experience: 3 to 7 years in a related field, especially in Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare Startup environments. Skills: Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in healthcare and hospital sales. Age: Must be between 21 to 35 years. Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
