Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily laboratory operations
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of laboratory test results
- Monitor and enforce compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Oversee procurement and use of laboratory reagents and supplies
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all lab activities
- Train and evaluate lab technicians and support staff
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for diagnostic support
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adherence to biosafety protocols
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Conduct quality control checks and participate in external quality assurance programs

Job Description
Are you an experienced laboratory professional looking for the next step in your career? Apon Diagnostic Center (ADC) is seeking a dedicated Lab In-Charge to oversee the operations of our laboratory. This critical role ensures that our laboratory is functioning smoothly, providing accurate and timely test results that are crucial for patient care.The Lab In-Charge will manage laboratory personnel, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain laboratory equipment to deliver the best healthcare outcomes. If you are passionate about laboratory management and team leadership, we encourage you to apply!Supervise and manage all daily laboratory operations.Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of test results.Monitor compliance with medical and ethical standards.Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.Oversee procurement and usage of lab supplies.Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).Train and evaluate lab staff and technicians.Coordinate with healthcare teams for diagnostic support.Maintain patient confidentiality and injury control protocols.Prepare and submit reports to management.Participate in quality control checks and audits.Qualifications & Skills:Education: MSC or BSC in Pharmacy or Biochemistry preferred.Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in a laboratory, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of lab techniques and processes.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Working Conditions:The Lab In-Charge will work in a laboratory environment and must adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
