Job Responsibilities
- Collect and preserve patients’ biological samples including blood, urine, stool, sputum, and others.
- Properly operate and maintain laboratory equipment (Microscope, Analyzer, Centrifuge, Autoclave, etc.).
- Provide accurate test reports to assist in diagnosis.
- Deliver test reports to doctors and patients on time.
- Maintain laboratory sanitation and strictly follow biosafety protocols.
- Ensure Quality Control and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in all laboratory tests.
- Collaborate with other hospital teams as required.
- Maintain professional and compassionate behavior with patients and their families.
- Take prompt action in emergency testing situations.
