Job Responsibilities
- Vetting property related documents, giving opinion on contentious matters, preparing various deeds, agreements etc.
- Handling litigation and documentation related to banking operations, drafting Legal Notices, Plaints, Written Objections/Statements etc.
- Representing the Bank in litigation, particularly in recovery and regulatory matters.
- Advising relevant departments on legal issues in day-to-day affairs.
- Liaising with external counsel and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
