Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Financial Institution Act, Companies Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Bangladesh Bank Circulars, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Prepare and review legal agreements and security documents including deeds of mortgage and powers of attorney. Monitor case management efficiently and prepare daily case schedules. Compile and submit monthly lawsuit reports. Maintain liaison with panel lawyers concerning ongoing lawsuits. Represent the company in court for various legal matters. Input daily visit reports and maintain legal documents accurately. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Artha Rin regulations and legal practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in legal vetting and document preparation. Skilled in using Microsoft Office and RJSC documentation. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Master of Law (LLM), with no third class/division in academic records. Candidates should have: At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banks, insurance, leasing, or investment banking. Aged at most 40 years. Benefits: Provident fund and gratuity.
