Job Description
About the Role:Shirley Technologies Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Auditor to contribute to its operational excellence in Bangladesh. The role involves conducting audits for OEKO-TEX® certified products following a structured training and witnessing period.This position requires collaboration with our teams in the UK and Ireland and may expand to cover ISO 9000 and related audits.The job is based in Dhaka and demands significant travel throughout Bangladesh.Conduct OEKO-TEX® product audits after required training completion.Coordinate with UK and Ireland teams for audit activities.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Market testing and certification services in Bangladesh.Manage client communication via phone, email, and meetings.Keep detailed and confidential client records.Support new and existing clients.Participate in required training in the UK and/or India.Candidate Profile:Proven auditing experience, ideally in textile manufacturing.IRCA Certified Auditor / Lead Auditor or willingness to get certified.Degree in a science-related field, preferably Textile Chemistry or Engineering.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related tools.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Willingness to travel for extensive training.Training & Development:Initial training will be at Shirley Technologies in Manchester or Ahmedabad, India, with annual overseas training as needed, and visa support will be provided.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and local market rates.Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview.How to Apply:If you're interested in this exciting opportunity, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to HR@bttg.co.uk.
