Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the fashion design team, ensuring high standards of creativity and execution.

- Supervise the entire design lifecycle from concept sketches to final product approval.

- Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Production teams for smooth product development.

This role involves not just creativity but also leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction for our talented design team.
