This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact!Overall PurposeThe Lead – Programme and Partnership Development is responsible for steering The Earth’s program portfolio and partnership strategy to ensure alignment with our organizational goals and donor requirements. The role involves:Strategic Programme Leadership: Developing and implementing The Earth’s multi-year programme strategy.Grants Management: Overseeing the complete cycle of grants, from acquisition to reporting.Partnership & Donor Engagement: Cultivating relationships with donors and managing funding opportunities.Project Lifecycle Management: Monitoring project design, implementation, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning).Team & Capacity Building: Mentoring and leading project staff for effective collaboration.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Formulating and revising programme strategies aligned with organizational mission.Collaborating with executives to set annual targets and budgeting for our programs.Conducting situational analyses to advise management on strategic initiatives.Overseeing proposal development and ensuring compliance with donor guidelines.Building strategic partnerships with governmental and private sector entities.Liaising with Grants & Finance teams for financial oversight and reporting.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should bring:Minimum of a Master’s degree in Development Studies, Climate Change, Environmental Science or similar fieldAt least 7–9 years of experience in programme development and partnership management.Demonstrated success in managing multi-million USD projects and securing institutional funding.Strong skills in financial oversight, compliance, and monitoring & evaluation.Exceptional communication skills in English and Bengali, providing advocacy in community stakeholder engagement.BenefitsThe Earth offers a supportive working environment along with the following benefits:Competitive salary range of Tk. 80,000 - 100,000 monthly.Two festival bonuses and weekly holidays.Full subsidized lunch facilities.Transportation allowance.Application ProcessIf you are enthusiastic about driving change and want to be part of our mission at The Earth, please apply through our company website or contact us at apply@theearth.org.
