Job Description
Join us as a Lead Trainer! At the DIST Technical Training Center, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our training programs for the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP). In this pivotal role, you will guide aspiring professionals in the Tiles & Marble Works sector and help elevate the standards of technical education in Bangladesh. Lead training sessions and workshops for the mentioned trades. Develop training materials and curriculum tailored to industry demands. Evaluate trainee performances and provide constructive feedback. Work closely with the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) to align training objectives with industry standards. Participate in planning and developing expansion strategies for our skills training programs. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire learners. Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in skills development projects.
