Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in various disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management (HRM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain Management (OSCM).Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials.Assess and grade students' work, providing constructive feedback.Participate in departmental and university committees and activities.Engage in research activities and publish findings.Mentor students and support their academic progression.Required Skills:Strong commitment to teaching and learning.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.Effective organizational and time management skills.Job Location:Dhaka (Khilkhet), Bangladesh Educational Requirements:Candidates should possess a Masters or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.80 on a 4.00 scale (or 3.5 for Arts & Social Science disciplines) and no third class in any examination.
