Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures in English Literature, Language, and Composition as per the National Curriculum and College guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
- Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities to foster overall development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Assist in curriculum development, syllabus updates, and examination question setting/moderation.
- Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students as needed.
- Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities (preferred but not mandatory).
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment.
