As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Legal Officer Land to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling all land-related legal matters, including property disputes, claims, contract issues, and compliance with Bangladesh's land laws.Position Overview:The Legal Officer - Land will be responsible for managing and resolving all land-related legal cases, claims, and issues. This includes providing legal advice on land transactions, property disputes, land ownership claims, and ensuring the company's activities comply with relevant laws and regulations in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh's land laws, property rights, and experience in handling complex legal matters related to land and real estate.Manage legal disputes related to land sales, ownership, property titles, boundaries, and zoning issues.Handle claims made against the company regarding land properties, including ownership disputes and encroachments.Oversee litigation involving land claims, including drafting and filing lawsuits.Draft, review, and finalize land sale agreements and ensure compliance with applicable laws.Advise management on legal implications of land transactions and any potential risks.Keep updated on changes to land-related laws and ensure compliance.Liaise with government bodies and oversee title verification.Coordinate with external legal firms as needed.Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Law (LLB) or equivalent degree.
