Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Librarian/Deputy Librarian to join our team in Dhaka. Manage library staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement library policies and procedures. Provide support and assistance to students, faculty, and staff regarding library resources. Organize and promote library events and programs. Conduct collection development and management, including selection and acquisition of resources. Required Skills: Master's degree in Library Science or Library Information System from a recognized university. Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in a university library setting, with at least three years as a Deputy Librarian. Strong command of the English language. Proficiency in computer operations and library management software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
