Job Description
Christian Service Society (CSS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare, operating in the remote areas of Bangladesh since 1972. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the position of Loan Officer to assist in community development through micro-financing.Job Responsibilities:Complete group formation with members within 3-4 months of joining.Initiate savings collection from approved groups.Provide loans in accordance with the organization's policies.Collect weekly/monthly installments based on agreements with members.Maintain records of loan and savings accounts.Deposit collected funds to the branch in the presence of members.Fill out loan application forms and boards for collections.Work towards recovering outstanding loans from delinquent members.Follow the directives of the Branch Manager and organizational policies.Educational Requirements:Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Age Requirement:At most 39 years old for applicants.We accept applications from both inexperienced candidates (maximum age 35) and experienced ones (maximum age 39). Experience is not mandatory for graduates, but preference will be given to experienced applicants.Important Note: Candidates are required to collect and submit two certificates from referees. Additionally, candidates must submit a commitment letter from a legal guardian as per the organization's request. Applications must include an active mobile number and email address.
