Job Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance of air compressors
- Maintain UPS / IPS (both online and offline)
- Install and maintain electrical lines
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of AC/Gensets
- Supervise and carry out monitoring and maintenance of the sub-station
- Manage chiller maintenance operations
- Create and maintain the schedule for all machinery and equipment maintenance
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance schedules
- Responsible for spare parts supplier/vendor monitoring
- Lead the maintenance team effectively
- Record and report all maintenance tasks and their status
- Ensure compliance with personal safety and workplace safety regulations
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

The ideal candidate will report directly to the maintenance supervisor and be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of our facility's machinery and equipment.We are looking for a skilled individual who is not just mechanically inclined but is also capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently.
