Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician at Greenland Group Are you ready to take your technical skills to the next level? Greenland Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Maintaining a deep understanding of HVAC and kitchen equipment maintenance procedures. Inspecting all lights, power supplies, switches, and AC systems every morning. Performing maintenance and minor repairs, including painting, wall cracks, carpeting, and installations. Conducting plumbing work and repairing electrical and security systems. Undertaking non-routine duties as specified or in emergency situations. Servicing and repairing AC systems effectively. Planning and implementing repairs using various power tools. Replacing hardware and conducting general repairs as necessary. Demonstrating experience working with hardware and power equipment. Requirements: Must have 3 to 4 years of work experience as a technician. Experience in relevant industries such as training institutes, restaurants, travel agents, real estate, and more.
