Job Responsibilities: Address compliance issues in accordance with Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015. Implement the Code of Conduct (COC) set forth by our buyers. Conduct regular compliance audits and recommend improvements. Provide comprehensive training on Compliance, Fire Drill procedures, Chemical safety, and PPE protocols. Ensure that the workplace is safe, hygienic, and complies with all relevant regulations. Develop action plans per audit findings and ensure management approval and implementation. Update stakeholders on changing regulations regarding compliance. Manage chemical-related issues with ETP management according to buyer requirements. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management. Qualifications: Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. At least 26 years old. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali. Pleasing personality with a positive attitude towards customers. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and handle situations smartly. Desire to develop a career in the garments industry. Strong interpersonal skills and a target-oriented mindset.
