Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in Customer Relation Management, Product & Business Development, and Vendor Management.
- Responsible for all merchandising issues.
- Independently manage all customer relationships.
- Handle all development jobs of Merchandising.
- Follow-up and commit to timelines set by Buyers.
- Strong technical knowledge in Fabric Quality, Consumption & Pricing.
- Implement new concepts & techniques for efficient process flows.
- Guide the factory on system & procedures of brands.
- Ensure timely sample submissions for confirmed orders and new developments.
- Regular communication with overseas suppliers and follow-ups.
- Coordinate production, sourcing, planning, and material utilization teams.
- Handle costing & pricing correctly.
- Monitor sample development activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Job Description
Job Context: A reputed garment woven manufacturing & exporting company, Shanin Group, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the following vacant position immediately. Job Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka. Job Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Customer Relation Management, Product & Business Development, and Vendor Management. Responsible for all merchandising issues. Independently manage all customer relationships. Handle all development jobs of Merchandising. Follow-up and commit to timelines set by Buyers. Gender Preference: Male. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Merchandising within the Garments Industry or Buying House, with a preference for candidates having a background in woven items, especially shirts. Freshers are also eligible to apply. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required. Computer Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office applications.
