Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated Management Trainee who is eager to make a mark in the fields of Tax, VAT, and Audit Assurance. This role is designed for recent graduates who wish to acquire hands-on experience in the accounting sector through direct learning from industry experts. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare individual income tax returns, handling both manual and online cases.Assist with corporate tax return preparation and corporate tax planning activities.Engage in external audits and provide support for management and internal audit processes.Help in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements.Contribute to VAT-related tasks and maintain correspondence with the National Board of Revenue (NBR).Work Schedule:Office hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with Saturday dedicated to training sessions.Weekly closure is on Fridays.Educational Requirements:We are looking for candidates with one of the following educational qualifications:Bachelor’s or Honors degree in Accounting or related fields.BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).MBA (Master of Business Administration).BCom (Bachelor of Commerce).MCom (Master of Commerce).Preferred Skills:While no specific skills are mandatory, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards professional growth are essential.Job Benefits:Flexible learning opportunities including hands-on training in individual tax return preparation and corporate tax planning.Experience certificate awarded after a minimum of 6 months work duration.Weekly training sessions to enhance skills in relevant software and accounting standards.Career development assistance through real work experiences.Application Instructions:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply if they are willing to learn practical skills hands-on.
