Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market data and provide feedback to get maximum sales volume.
- Assist to promotional activities to facilitate events, such as, organize vehicle fairs, road shows, demonstrations, etc.
- Develop Corporate, Dealer, and Showroom Sales.
- Visit dealers and attend to showroom customers positively.
- Expand network to increase sales.
- Responsible for credit collection and realization effectively.
- Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and submit to management.
- Analyze competitors' activities and give feedback to the superior time to time.
- Build positive working relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Job Description
Uttara Motors Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a Management Trainee position within our Sales and Marketing division. This role is aimed at nurturing future leaders who will learn the ropes of 2W and 4W (Passenger Car/Commercial Vehicle) sales and marketing activities. This training program spans approximately 6 months, after which successful candidates could transition into permanent roles based on their performance. As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include: Analyzing market data to maximize sales volume. Assisting in promotional activities such as vehicle fairs and road shows. Developing Corporate, Dealer, and Showroom Sales. Regularly visiting dealers and engaging with showroom customers positively. Expanding our network in the assigned area to increase sales.
