Job Description
Mim Sharat Group is looking for a qualified and dedicated Manager - Accounts to oversee our financial and accounting operations in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. This full-time position requires a skilled professional to manage daily financial tasks, ensuring all data is accurately captured and compliant with industry standards: Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and transaction processing. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial data in compliance with company policies. Conduct voucher and transaction reviews to validate the legitimacy of all transactions. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy in cash and bank balances. Document reconciliation activities and communicate findings with management. Prepare financial reports such as income statements and cash flow statements monthly. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance is preferred. CA-CC qualification is mandatory. Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in financial management. Experience in the business area of Import is an asset. Skills Required: CACC, Tally Software Job Responsibilities: Support management with financial analysis and reporting needs. Correspond with external parties, including banks and regulatory authorities. Ensure accuracy in external communications and documentation. Manage vendor accounts payable and ensure timely payment disbursements. Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables and assist management in any additional responsibilities.
