Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Manage schedules and deadlines as per admin calendar
- Monitor inventory of office supplies with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Manage Travel desk (Local, National & International)
- Manage logistics for the company
- Manage new office set-up as required
- Accountable for office upkeep including pantry, cafeteria, horticulture, pest control, etc.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Job Description
Bangla Gold (Pvt.) Ltd is actively seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager (Administration) to oversee our administrative operations and drive efficiency across the organization. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the selected candidate will ensure that our daily administrative procedures run smoothly and effectively, thereby enabling our company to function at its best.Responsibilities:Coordinate and optimize administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Manage schedules and adhere to deadlines established by the administrative calendar.Monitor the inventory of office supplies while adhering to budgetary constraints.Assist in the preparation of budgets through careful monitoring of costs and expenses.Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and manage tradespersons.Organize and supervise various office activities, including recycling endeavors, renovations, and event planning.Manage travel logistics for the organization, including local, national, and international travel.Facilitate new office setups as required, ensuring all corporate facilities are well-maintained.Ensure office upkeep, including pantry supplies and cleanliness metrics.Stay informed on all organizational changes and business development initiatives.We prioritize efficiency, so candidates who can lead innovative strategies to streamline processes will excel in this role.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or Honors degree in a related field.Experience: 1 to 3 years in an administrative capacity, ideally within the trading or export/import sectors.Age: Applicants should be between 25 to 30 years of age.Gender: Only male candidates will be considered for this position.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, and we encourage both experienced individuals and fresh graduates to apply.
