Job Responsibilities
- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Create new distributor of PLY/Door around the country and visit distributor points periodically.
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide feedback to ensure that all sales associates meet their individual goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serving as subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase (e.g., resolving issues, deliver reminders, resolving concerns etc.).
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Develop a network of distributors & dealers of the mattress industry and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Map business potential & identify profitable markets for the company's products.
- Conduct market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure maximum inventory levels and optimal distribution.

Establish and maintain a network of distributors. Train and coach the sales team to enhance product knowledge and customer service capabilities. Monitor daily sales activities and provide constructive feedback to the sales team. Resolve any customer issues in a professional manner promptly. Act as a subject matter expert for technical and product knowledge. Drive personal sales performance and support the company’s initiatives. Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction post-purchase. Oversee the development and performance of Sales Executives. Initiate and coordinate plans for market penetration. Develop a distributor & dealer network in the mattress industry. Identify potential business opportunities and profitable markets for our products. Conduct market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities. Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain optimal inventory and distribution systems. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management to support our objectives. Qualifications and Job Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 6 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the Plywood/Door sector. Strong knowledge of allied products like PLY Wood and Doors. Proven ability to manage market challenges and expand market share. Sound analysis skills (SWOT analysis) and decision-making capabilities. A capacity to work under pressure and drive sales performance. Age between 30 to 38 years.
