- Manage the income, expenses, budget, and accounting of the association transparently.
- Maintain regular communication with members and address concerns efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of employees and support staff.
- Keep effective relationships with local authorities and other organizations.
- Organize AGMs and monthly meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Plan various meetings, prepare proceedings, and implement effective decisions.
- Coordinate with local authorities, government institutions, and service providers to maintain operations.
