Forecasting and managing supply orders to ensure smooth operations in our kitchen and bar. Building and maintaining healthy vendor relationships. Adhering to our budget while ensuring high-quality service. Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service. Following health and food safety regulations to maintain our high standards. Handling customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Assisting with marketing events and promotional operations. Creating and enforcing operational policies and KPIs. Recruiting, training, and overseeing our dedicated food and beverage staff. This role is ideally suited for candidates who possess: A degree in Culinary or Food Service Management is preferred but not mandatory. A strong background in the food industry with 5 to 6 years of experience. Experience in hotel, restaurant, or coffee shop business areas is highly desired. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A knack for customer service with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. The ability to work collectively in a team and foster vital relationships.
