This position offers a unique opportunity to define audit strategies and drive impactful improvements across various business units.Job ResponsibilitiesSet Audit Direction: Define and execute our annual audit strategy, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment coverage throughout the organization.Lead Audit Excellence: Empower our audit teams to conduct audits that are not only thorough but also impactful, including regular, surprise, and special audits.Strengthen Controls: Enhance governance and internal control frameworks, ensuring they remain robust against potential risks.Deliver Insightful Reporting: Craft clear and actionable audit reports for senior management and the Board Audit Committee, showcasing your exceptional writing skills.Mitigate Risks: Identify critical control gaps and execute plans to close them, thereby enhancing organizational resilience.Ensure Follow-Through: Oversee the timely implementation of audit recommendations to ensure they lead to meaningful operational changes.Prioritize with Precision: Utilize risk matrices and analytical tools to focus on areas of higher risk.Safeguard Compliance: Maintain oversight to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.Advise Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner to executive management on governance and compliance matters.Fulfill Governance Mandates: Execute special assignments stemming from requests by the Board or Executive Management.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required.
