Leading a dedicated business development team. Expanding our business presence and market share. Meeting clients to understand their needs and offer solutions. Responsibilities Strategize and execute business growth plans. Provide leadership and support to the business development team. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Report on business development metrics and performance. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. At least 3 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Chain shop or Online Retail Startup. Proven leadership abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred age is at least 40 years. Additional Information Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh. Job Nature: Full Time.
