Job Responsibilities
- Implement strategic marketing plans to build brand and ensure student enrolment.

The company is growing its program offerings and requires a dynamic business development leader to drive student enrolment and build strategic relationships across educational ecosystems.Role overviewThe Manager - Business Development will develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to increase student enrolment across UCBD programs. This job requires a strong background in education marketing, event management, relationship building with schools, coaching centers and education consultants, and a track record of meeting enrolment targets.Key responsibilitiesImplement strategic marketing plans to build the UCBD brand and ensure successful student enrolment campaigns.Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, and coaching centers to organize seminars, workshops and promotional events in targeted regions including Chattogram and Sylhet.Establish and nurture partnerships with coaching centers, education consultants, and student counsellors to drive enrolment and sustained outreach.Plan, manage and execute marketing, sales and promotional campaigns, including fairs, exhibitions and on-ground outreach programs.Organize student workshops, seminars and events to promote UCBD programs and convert leads into enrolled students.Identify enrollment opportunities and coordinate local education fairs and outreach initiatives in key nearby areas.Use CRM systems and project management tools to manage leads, track outreach efforts and report on conversion metrics.Required qualifications & experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing (BBS), Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
