Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all commercial operations including import, export, banking, and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end processes of opening and settling Letters of Credit (LC) and TT transactions.
- Maintain liaison with banks, customs, EPB, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of commercial reports.
- Oversee raw material procurement and related formalities.
- Monitor shipment schedules and logistics arrangements.
- Optimize costs while ensuring smooth operations under company policies and regulations.
- Lead the commercial team towards achieving departmental goals.
- Collaborate with various teams for operational efficiency.

Job Description
Join NRN Group as a Manager Commercial and play a crucial role in managing commercial operations within our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial operations, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial capacity, preferably within the garments industry. To encourage diversity and wealth of experience, we are particularly open to applications from retired bankers with substantial expertise in the field. The selected candidate will be at the forefront of overseeing a variety of responsibilities that include: Leading and managing all facets of commercial operations, including import, export, banking, letters of credit, and compliance with bond and VAT regulations.Managing the complete process of opening, negotiating, and settling letters of credit (LC) and TT transactions to ensure smooth financial operations.Maintaining an effective liaison with banks, customs, EPB, and other relevant authorities to foster strong working relationships.Ensuring that all documentary and compliance requirements are met with regards to commercial activities in line with government regulations.Overseeing raw material procurement and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory processes.Monitoring logistics activities such as shipment schedules and clearing & forwarding (C&F) operations to ensure timely execution.Mentoring and leading a commercial team to optimize performance and meet organizational goals.Preparing and presenting detailed reports to senior management concerning commercial performance, compliance, and associated risks.Executing any additional assignments as directed by management.
