Job Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures to align the factory with laws, labor standards, and buyer codes of conduct.
- Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and prepare the factory for buyer-led external social and technical audits (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX).
- Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and clear reports for management and regulators.
- Train factory employees on health, safety, security, and compliance-related issues to ensure adherence to policies.
- Perform risk assessments, identify non-compliance issues, and develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Serve as a liaison between factory management and workers regarding compliance matters.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, health and safety regulations, and buyer requirements to ensure compliance.
- Support the factory in achieving and maintaining international certifications.

Job Description
Mehnaz Styles & Craft Ltd., a leading name in the export-oriented ready-made garments industry, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager, Compliance to join our team. This is a key role that requires substantial expertise in compliance policies, procedures, and management in the garments sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, particularly in garments, and a strong grasp of compliance regulations and labor laws. Responsibilities: Create, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures to align the factory with laws, labor standards, and buyer codes of conduct. Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and prepare the factory for buyer-led external social and technical audits (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX). Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and clear reports for management and regulatory purposes. Train factory employees on health, safety, security, fire, and compliance-related issues to ensure adherence to policies. Perform risk assessments, identify non-compliance issues, and develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Serve as a liaison between factory management and workers regarding compliance matters. Stay informed about changes in regulations and requirements to ensure compliance. Support the factory in achieving and maintaining international certifications. Required Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English is a must. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and buyer codes of conduct, including BSCI, SEDEX, NIRAPON, and RSC. Strong skills in conducting audits and developing training programs. Ability to handle compliance issues effectively and maintain continuous monitoring.
