ChefOnline is actively searching for a strategic and results-driven Manager, Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and influence our lead generation processes. This key role not only focuses on growth-oriented marketing strategies but also combines the dynamic elements of sales leadership as you report directly to our General Manager and CEO. In this role, you will embrace a variety of responsibilities that include: Planning and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising. Conducting detailed market research to guide campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment. Overseeing our Paid Ads initiatives, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing performance for tangible results. Managing sales funnels and improving customer journeys for both B2B and B2C audiences while closely monitoring and reporting on KPIs. Developing and maintaining the company's website and marketing assets to ensure cohesive branding. Utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our marketing approaches. Implementing brand positioning strategies that maintain a consistent voice across all marketing platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience particularly in Software or E-commerce sectors. Strong knowledge of funnel marketing, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential. Preferred certifications include Funnel Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook and Analytics, and an IELTS score of 7.5 or equivalent. Open to both male and female candidates aged 26 to 40 years. Location: This position is based in Dhaka, Gulshan 1, an area known for its strategic commercial significance and vibrant atmosphere.
