Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related issues within line functions.
- Collaborate with designated business functions to promote employee learning and development best practices.
- Support business leaders in enhancing team management in line with business goals.
- Oversee and manage people-related aspects of restructures while facilitating necessary HR support.
- Implement Competency Development Programs to build a robust talent pipeline with Corporate HR assistance.
- Establish strategic partnerships with line functions for smoother business operations.
- Manage various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and compliance issues.
- Address and resolve employee complaints and complex ER issues promptly.
- Help create a performance-driven culture with clear indicators for improvement.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Foster strong working relationships within the division and department.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned as needed.

At least 10 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Garments, Textile, or Group of Companies sectors. Desired Skills: Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills. Willingness to stay close to factory operations.
