Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Electrical Maintenance Department effectively. Plan, organize, and supervise all electrical maintenance activities across multiple operations. Guide a team comprising engineers, supervisors, and technicians; ensuring high standards of electrical practices are maintained. Coordinate with various departments to support the efficiency of farms, feeds, and hatchery operations. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications: B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university. 8 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in poultry and hatchery operations. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in electrical maintenance. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities to manage multiple operations efficiently. Excellent communication skills combined with effective team management skills. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Only male candidates will be considered for this role.
