Job Responsibilities
- Sustainability (EMS & ECR) for Environmental & Chemical Compliance.
- Goal Setting: Develop and implement objectives for continual improvement.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to COC and regulatory standards.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate chemical inventory and documentation.
- Conduct training programs for chemical handling and safety.
- ETP & Wastewater Monitoring to ensure compliance.

About the Company: Panna Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager - Health, Safety & Compliance to join our Compliance team. Located in the heart of Dhaka, our corporate office is situated at Panna Tower, offering a dynamic work environment. Job Responsibilities: Sustainability (EMS & ECR) for Environmental & Chemical Compliance.Develop short-term and long-term objectives for continual improvement in environmental and chemical performance.Monitor factory compliance with environmental, chemical, and buyer regulations.Manage chemical record and ensure proper documentation.Conduct training programs on chemical safety and regulations.Oversee Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and ensure compliance with environmental standards.Undertake any other tasks assigned by management. Required Skills: Health and Safety knowledge.Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Position Details: Location: Dhaka (Hazaribagh)Salary: Negotiable, with additional benefits.Work Nature: Full Time with office attendance required.
