Job Responsibilities

Job Description
Bangla Plusone Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – HR & Admin to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the quality inspection of exportable garments and textile goods, we are on the lookout for someone who can drive HR initiatives and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities: Plan and execute manpower recruitment as per the factory requirements. Coordinate with department heads to assess hiring needs and maintain staffing levels. Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and onboard new hires effectively. Ensure harmonious industrial relations and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Identify training needs for different employee groups and organize skill development training programs. Monitor daily attendance and manage leave records to ensure correct payroll processing. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the factory premises, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain detailed HRMIS databases and generate periodic HR and administrative reports for management. Coordinate with the security team to uphold workplace safety and discipline. Liaison with government authorities for legal compliance, handling labor court issues and factory licenses. This is a full-time position located in Dhaka, specifically in the Ashulia area, allowing for an engaging workplace environment. Job Requirements: Age: 35 to 45 years. Gender: Male candidates only. Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management. Experience: 5 to 10 years in the HR domain, ideally within the Garments or Textile industries. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for promoting employee relations and addressing conflicts.
