- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals across Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity, Employment Law, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
- Develop the capability of the HR team both individually and collectively.
- Ensure smooth delivery of annual operational processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to business divisions and support functions.
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of employment policies and practices.
- Drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Execute HR projects aligned with the Bank’s strategy.

The qualifications and skills required for this role include: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong background in Banking Services and HR best practices. Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations in Bangladesh. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership capabilities to engage and drive teams effectively. Robust analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and propose solutions.
