To support our operations and foster a positive work environment, we are looking for an experienced Manager - HR & Admin to manage human resources and administrative functions, ensuring that our company runs efficiently and effectively.Position Overview: The Manager - HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the company. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes. This role is key to ensuring that our employees are supported and the company’s administrative functions run smoothly.Human Resources Management:Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and hiring. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication across all levels of the organization.Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and employee development plans. Provide feedback and guidance to enhance employee performance.Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth. Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and compliant with industry standards and legal requirements.HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
