Join Lutai Footwear BD as a Manager in the HR & Admin department and lead our talented workforce to success in the dynamic footwear industry! We're on the lookout for a dedicated HR professional with extensive management skills to drive our HR initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This role is crucial to nurturing our workforce in a vibrant, export-oriented company that values compliance, employee development, and operational excellence. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the full-cycle hiring process—including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, and managing inductions, with a keen focus on factory-floor positions in footwear manufacturing. Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and terminations while maintaining comprehensive personnel files. HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Bangladesh labor laws and buyer codes of conduct (like BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT), ensuring complete factory compliance. Payroll & Benefits: Ensure smooth payroll operations including salary management, overtime calculations, incentive disbursement, leave management, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Performance Management & Training: Introduce performance appraisal systems, oversee training programs, and support employee development initiatives. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Manage disciplinary actions, industrial relations, and resolve grievances effectively. Administrative Operations: Oversee and manage daily factory administration, including legal documents, transportation, security, and vendor relations. Liaison & Compliance: Maintain relationships with government offices and agencies to ensure all licenses and compliance inspections are up-to-date. Factory Safety & Standards: Monitor safety protocols across the factory and oversee readiness for audits (BSCI, SEDEX). Transport & Logistics: Manage factory transport logistics, including routing and fuel management, while ensuring documentation compliance. Facility Security & Guest Protocol: Ensure the facility operates smoothly, maintaining security and overseeing logistics for visitors. Candidate Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree is required. Experience: 5 to 10 years in HR management, particularly in the garments or footwear sector. Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred. Age Range: 30 to 40 years. Skills: Proven knowledge in HR and Administrative functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
