Job Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with departmental heads to plan manpower needs, prepare job circulars, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage hiring processes. Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote engagement through various activities and welfare programs. Performance Management: Implement KPI frameworks and performance evaluations while identifying training needs. Policy & Compliance: Develop and oversee HR policies in compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law. Manage monthly payroll and administer employee benefits including provident funds and gratuity. HR Reporting & MIS: Generate reports for management concerning HR metrics like turnover rates and absenteeism. Administrative Support: Oversee office functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest standards of health and safety. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA) is preferred. Optional certifications in Human Resources (HRM, HRBP, SHRM-CP, CHRM). 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, especially in Trading/Export, Shipping or the Real Estate sectors. Strong skills in human resource management, payroll processing, recruitment, and time management. Must be male, aged between 35 to 50 years.
