Education Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: manpower planning, job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Supervise payroll, salary sheets, attendance, leave, late, deductions, bonuses, and yearly increments.
  • Implement KPI-based performance appraisal and staff development programs.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ISO standards, and company HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records: appointment letters, contracts, personnel files, NOCs, and more.
  • Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, show-cause notices, and terminations.
  • Conduct employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives.
  • Oversee daily office operations: from opening to closing at the end of the day.
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of all employees.
  • Supervise office facilities and logistics.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of office utilities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage safety, security, and compliance of the office premises.
  • Act as the central point of communication between management and all departments.
  • Assist Accounts & Finance team with salary sheets and audits.
  • Support compliance related to HR and Admin, including VAT and TAX matters.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll, HR software, and compliance management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting.
