Job Description
Job Overview National Electric Bd Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager (HR & Admin) to oversee and lead our HR and administrative functions. This is a full-time position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh where you will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and driving HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Planning HR and administration activities annually. Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets to align with company goals. Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures for staff. Overseeing the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. Managing employee relations and leading conflict resolution efforts. Running the office and facilities management functions effectively. Leading the HR and administration team to foster a productive work environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. Age between 35 to 45 years. At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. Expertise in business and organizational planning. Strong leadership abilities with vast experience in team management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven strategic thinking capability and multitasking skills. Gender: Male preferred for this role. Job Nature & Work Environment This position requires you to work solely at the office.
