Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR & Administrative functions in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable regulations.
- Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and workers.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain effective liaison with government offices, BGMEA, labor unions, and local authorities.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems.
- Lead compliance audits (Social, Technical, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI, etc.) in coordination with related departments.
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and lawfully.
- Oversee security, housekeeping, and general administrative support for the factory premises.

Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Manager - HR & Admin at our prestigious Renowned Garments Factory. This role is tailored for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional who will spearhead our Human Resources & Administration Department. As the ideal candidate, you will possess profound leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of labor laws, and expertise in compliance to ensure our operations run smoothly and maintain a thriving workplace atmosphere.Responsibilities:Oversee all HR & Administrative functions in the factory.Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and other necessary regulations.Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for personnel.Develop and implement cohesive HR policies, SOPs, and programs to engage employees.Maintain effective communication with government entities, BGMEA, labor unions, and local authorities.Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.Lead compliance audits (e.g., Social, Technical, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI) in collaboration with relevant departments.Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and legal manner.Oversee safety, housekeeping, and general administrative support within the factory premises.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.Preference will be given to graduates from Jagannath University, Jahangirnagar University, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh University of Business and Technology, and Bangladesh University of Professionals.6 to 10 years of experience in the garments or textile industry.Age range: 32 to 40 years.Competency in Factory HR Administration and comprehensive HR and Admin knowledge.Additional Qualities:Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate good physical fitness.Team player with a focus on fire safety training (TOT certification is essential).Working knowledge of compliance concerning fire safety for leading buyers.Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.Capability to develop a skill matrix for workers and drive their personal development.Workplace Details: This is a full-time position based in Gazipur (Tongi). The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
