Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall HR & Compliance functions of the Home-textile factory.
- Execute overall HR & Compliance related activities.
- Manage and monitor factory certifications, social compliance, health & safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Adequate knowledge about Social Compliance Audits, such as - BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and local/international compliance standards - BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX.
- Prepare and face compliance audits by buyers and third-party organizations.
- Maintain HR records, data, payroll, and employee files.
- Execute administrative tasks, such as - logistics support, and documentation.
- Restructure and revise HR policies to ensure modern and sustainable practices.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports for management decisions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and internal audits on compliance, safety, and code of conduct.
- Liaise with government bodies (DIFE, Dept of Labour, Fire Service, etc.) and local authorities when needed.

At ALLTEX INDUSTRIES LIMITED, we are seeking a Manager - HR & Compliance to lead our human resources and compliance functions in our home-textile factory located in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Your role will be vital in not only managing the overall HR activities but also ensuring our factory adheres to all compliance standards and regulations. Lead and manage the overall HR & Compliance functions of the factory. Execute HR and compliance-related activities effectively. Manage factory certifications and monitor health & safety and environmental sustainability. Keep up-to-date with Social Compliance Audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP) and ensure adherence. Prepare and facilitate compliance audits by buyers and third-party organizations. Maintain accurate HR records, payroll, and employee files. Oversee logistics support and other administrative tasks. Revise HR policies to align with modern practices. Compile HR analytics and reports for management. Conduct training sessions and internal audits related to compliance and safety. Liaise with government bodies for compliance requirements. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Required Skills: Strong background in Footwear, Garments, and Textile industries. Expertise in HR Management and HR Compliance. Experience: A minimum of 7 years in HR and compliance roles, preferably within the Garments or Textile sectors. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS), Business Administration (BBA), or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
