Education Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. PGDHRM along with Compliance-related training/certification will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Job Description

Join the vibrant team at Manami Fashions Ltd., a leading apparel manufacturing company in Bangladesh, as a Manager–HR & Compliance. We are looking for a motivated individual to lead and support our HR and compliance functions in our knit and woven garments factory. The successful candidate will: Lead and manage the HR & Compliance functions of the factory. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, buyer codes, and local/international compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance). Prepare and face compliance audits by buyers and third-party organizations. Manage and monitor factory certifications and ensure environmental sustainability. Update factory policies and employee handbooks according to labor law and buyer requirements. Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, grievance management, and performance evaluation. Conduct internal audits and training sessions on compliance and safety. Liaise with government bodies and local authorities as needed. Promote a positive working environment throughout the organization. In addition to these responsibilities, candidates will need to demonstrate: A strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law (Amended 2013, 2018). In-depth knowledge of HR practices and compliance audits. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in MS Office and HRM software.
