Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR administration including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee safety.
- Conduct recruitment processes ensuring adherence to company policies and fair recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with the IT Department to prepare attendance reports.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to recruitment, selection, wages, overtime, and employee benefits.
- Ensure employees' personal files are maintained and updated.
- Develop effective HR strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Prepare monthly reports on employee resignations and new hires.
- Recommend updates to HR policies and procedures based on management guidelines.
- Design a functional filing and retrieval system for HR records.

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for people management and a track record in HR practices.
