Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct line balancing, capacity study, and time & motion study.
- Analyze Target vs. Actual production and prepare reports.
- Determine SMV for new styles and plan production accordingly.
- Design and improve factory layout for efficiency.
- Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IE tools & software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to improve production efficiency and implement best practices.

We aim to bring onboard a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Manager – Industrial Engineering (IE) who will play a vital role in our continued growth. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team effectively. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Conduct line balancing, capacity study, and time & motion study. Analyze Target vs. Actual production and prepare comprehensive reports. Determine Standard Minute Value (SMV) for new styles and plan production accordingly. Design and improve factory layout for operational efficiency. Train and develop team members for continuous improvement. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering. B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent. Experience Requirements Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the Garments Industry (IE/Production). At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role. Skills Required Strong knowledge of IE tools & software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
