Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Manager (Internal Audit) to join Deshbandhu Group, a leading name in the manufacturing sector of Bangladesh. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for auditing, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to policies approved by competent authorities as part of policy assurance. Maintain quality assurance parameters across processes and functions within the group. Prepare and implement annual audit plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Review organizational policies to enhance value for money and to combat fraud. Advise management on major system developments and ensure risks are evaluated effectively. Conduct internal audits to assess and improve existing controls and management effectiveness. Present audit results with clear documentation and recommendations. Act as an objective advisor while maintaining open communication with management and the audit committee. Engage in continual knowledge development regarding regulations and best practices. Fulfill other responsibilities as directed by management. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting. Partially qualified CA-CC or CA. At least 10 years of experience in Financial Auditing, particularly within manufacturing companies like FMCG, Textile, or Cement. Strong knowledge of finance, accounts, tax, VAT, and legal compliance. Hands-on experience with Tally and SAP software. Ability to generate detailed reports and manage large datasets.
