In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance of our company.Job Responsibilities:Perform and control the full audit cycle, develop internal audit scope and plans.Ensure risk management and control management adhere to applicable directives and regulations.Conduct physical verification of stock, inventory, and fixed assets and report findings timely to the management.Prepare detailed audit reports with necessary analysis and comparisons.Develop and maintain the audit manual.Document all audit evidence meticulously.Prepare various audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually to inform top management.Conduct surprise audits and investigations as assigned by management.Job Requirements:Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.M.Com with CA-CC from any reputed audit firm is also required.6 to 8 years of practical experience in internal auditing.Experience in ERP, Tally software, and VAT software is desirable.Skills Required:Excellent reporting and internal audit skills.Strong analytical and cost analysis abilities.Budget preparation and project management experience.Willingness to travel frequently for project and depot office visits.Work Environment:This position is full-time based at our office located at Uttara, Dhaka.
