Job Responsibilities
- To receive, store, and handle CKD, auxiliary, paint chemicals, and finished goods in accordance with SOP, ensuring quality checks and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- To plan production based on demand, deploy manpower, monitor daily targets, and ensure timely line feeding and material handling.
- To collect PIs, obtain PO approvals, manage local and 3rd-party purchases, and handle shortages, defects, or rework items.
- To coordinate with supply chain, transport agencies, and unloader teams for on-time dispatch, receipt, and chemical handling.
- To update GRN/PO in SAP and share shipment documents, bills, and Mushok with finance, accounts, VAT, and IT teams.
- To prepare inventory and stock movement reports, plan daily material requirements, track supplier feedback, and support Kaizen initiatives.

Proven experience in inventory management, material planning, procurement and SAP-based transaction handling. Desired skills: Inventory control (FIFO/FEFO), stock reconciliation and reporting. SAP GRN/PO processing and basic ERP familiarity. Shipment management and scheduling, handling of mushok and bill documentation. Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills to manage teams and external vendors. Analytical skills, Excel proficiency and ability to generate daily material requirement plans.
