Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Manager - IT at Fervent Multiboard Industries Ltd.. Located in the bustling city of Dhaka, Bangladesh, our company is at the forefront of board manufacturing, actively setting up a state-of-the-art facility in the Jamalpur Economic Zone. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our overall IT infrastructure and office network system. As a Manager - IT, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT-related services, including hardware, software, servers, and networking systems. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SAP ERP systems and their integration across various departments. Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the organization. Ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, servers, LAN/WAN, internet, and other IT-related services. Plan and implement SAP ERP systems and modules across departments. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet IT and SAP requirements. Monitor IT security protocols to ensure data protection and backup systems. Lead IT support teams, providing technical guidance and support. Develop IT policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Prepare IT-related reports for management and proactively improve systems. Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Hands-on experience in SAP ERP systems. Strong knowledge of office networking, including troubleshooting and management. Skills: Leadership and project management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
